The Origin Story
A Passion That Turned Into a Business
I have always loved photo and video so I started my photo booth business in March of 2023, with a DIY booth design photobooth pod and purchased one double sided backdrop. Starting this side of my business was such a huge blessing for me. I then purchased my first 360° video booth and I had enough motivation to add a mirror booth with only six months in the photo booth game. I love working these events and this new venture has been nothing short of amazing!
I have always had a passion for photography and videography. I really enjoy the event side of the industry and so I decided it was finally time to start doing what I love! In 2006, I high-jacked a Mexican wedding when my DJ friend asked if I still had my video camera. He said nobody was there taking video. I got there and started recording on a shakey Mini-DV camera. I had enough footage to make a small demo and memento for the bride and groom. Same day edit? To my surprise they offered to pay me even though I requested that I just be able to share my demo as I seriously considered about going in to doing it professionally.
Enter my Quinceañera King claim (I can't roll my tongue and I pronounce quinceañera wrong) but since 2007 I have been recording so many of those special moments that I figured I should crown myself as the Quinceañera King. It has come full circle when I was invited back to do the wedding videos for not one but three of my quinces. I feel like I'm truly family, so pass me my crown. I started DJ'ing for the same reasons.
